   Return Conditions: You may request a return if the item you received is damaged or does not match the item you ordered. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and complete. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
   Exchange Conditions: If you wish to exchange for a different style or size of the same item, please also submit an exchange request within 14 days of receiving the item. The item should remain unused.

   Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, the relevant shipping costs will be covered by RED STEEL LLC; if the return is due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

   Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. After verification, we will process your refund or exchange request.
   If you choose a refund, the refund amount will be returned via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment institution, but it usually takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
